On the job training
All LSA Swimming staff receive extensive training to help them succeed in their role, our commitment to having qualified and competent Learn to Swim staff starts with our induction and mentor program were we ensure our new Learn to Swim Instructors undergo 30+ hours of training, including class observation, online theory and supervised teaching before they get to teach their own classes.
All teachers are continuously observed, mentored and given additional training to ensure their ongoing professional development, this includes a range of on-line access and support to World Wide Swim School. A platform of continuing development, education and resources designed and delivered by the legend of Australian Swimming Laurie Lawrence.
